1. Main Duties and Daily Tasks

• You will operate the central air conditioner chiller on both day and night shifts.

• Part of your work includes doing daily checks and fixing large condenser and chiller pumps.

• You will service and repair cooling towers to ensure the whole building stays cool.

• The role requires you to inspect and maintain the air handling units in all the buildings.

• You will perform maintenance on the insulation of pipelines and central chillers.

• Periodic cleaning of the chillers with specific chemicals is also part of your job.

• The team will need you to assist in installing new air conditioners and fixing refrigerators or water coolers.

• You must keep accurate records of all daily operations and follow instructions from your supervisor.

2. Professional Requirements and Experience

The hiring team is looking for a candidate who has a solid background in mechanical systems. You must be someone who can solve technical problems quickly and handle heavy machinery with care.

1. You should have an OND in Mechanical Engineering with at least five years of experience.

2. If you have O’Level or a Technical Certificate and Trade Test you need eight years of experience.

3. You must have a very strong knowledge of how central air conditioning systems work.

4. Having good maintenance skills and operational knowledge is mandatory for this role.
