For networking, show how you build and use relationships to get things done. For your study plan, connect the exact master’s you chose to a specific problem you want to solve in Nigeria. And for career plan, be specific about what you will do in the two years after you return. Vague ambition loses; a focused, evidence-backed story wins.

How to prepare for each stage

Treat the timeline as a project with its own deadlines. Confirm you meet every eligibility rule first, especially the work-experience hours and the two-years-after-graduation condition, because a single missed rule ends your application no matter how good the essays are. Choose three different eligible one-year taught master’s courses, not three versions of the same thing, to show you have thought it through. Line up your referees early so their letters are strong and on time, and keep clean scans of your degree and transcripts ready.
