What Your job Will be In This Senior Role

You know As a Sales Director, you will definitely be the one in charge of making sure the bank grows its business lending/Loan in your state. You will own the whole process of giving out loans and making sure that the bank is making money from those loans. Your main focus will be on finding big businesses and shops that need money to expand their operations.

You will be the leader for merchant and SME lending in the whole state where you are posted.

1. You will manage high value relationships with enterprise merchants to unlock big lending opportunities.
2. Your role involves representing the company in important meetings and partnerships within the state.
3. You must ensure that more merchants are using FairMoney POS terminals for their daily transactions.
4. You will use the data from these transactions to decide who is qualified for a bigger loan.
5. You must work closely with the risk and collections teams to keep the loan book healthy.
6. Your job is to monitor what other competitors are doing and report back to the senior leadership.
7. You will be the one to give early warning signals if there is any problem with the loans in your area.
