How existing 78RC candidates can verify status safely
- Open the official Nigerian Defence Academy website directly and follow its 78RC links.
- Use the NDA-linked 78 Regular Course portal to read the latest notices and view the official AFSB list where applicable.
- Check only your own name, assigned date, centre, documents, and instructions. Do not interpret a general announcement as personal authorisation to travel or report.
- Follow the most recent official notice attached to your status. Screening-test admission-card instructions, AFSB invitation information, and document requirements apply at different process stages.
- If the official portal is unavailable or you need a future recruitment update, use verified NDA contact information from the NDA website rather than a third-party WhatsApp or Telegram group.
Separate historic notices from current instructions
The portal records previous steps such as account creation, payment instructions, screening-test centre selection, screening-test admission-card printing, and later AFSB announcements. The presence of these pages does not reopen a completed step. A candidate should not create a new account, make a payment, print a card, or travel unless the current official notice and their personal candidate status require it.
Document and payment safeguards
- Do not pay a person to add your name to an NDA shortlist, AFSB list, examination centre, training list, medical list, or future 79RC application. Verify all official fees and steps only through NDA’s own portal.
- Do not send your application login, email password, NIN, BVN, OTP, card details, passport photo, certificates, or original documents to an agent, group admin, or private account.
- Do not submit altered age records, certificates, identity documents, attestation forms, screening cards, or financial records. You remain responsible for submissions made in your name.
- Do not assume a social-media “extension,” old advert, private list, or shared admission card is current. Match it to the live NDA website/portal and your own candidate record.
- Do not travel until your own official listing/portal instruction gives the required date, location, and document requirements.
